Students' Transcripts
1a) A valid and functional email address as well as a valid telephone number are needed for status alerts of your application.
1b) A valid shipping address which should include the name of the Institution or Organization that the transcript is intended for as its full location including City, State, ZIP/Postcode (for foreign addresses), Country, and Continent. This will aid the courier to deliver your transcript to the address you fill, ensure that you are as detailed and accurate as possible.

2. Enter your tracking number/ref in the 'Application Status' tab to track your application.

This platform is available to ALL students of ALL public secondary schools in the State who are initiating a transfer or for other academic / non academic reasons / purposes.

» Payment options

Multiple payment options are availabe, either through physical bank deposits or online using any Naira MASTERCARD, VERVE or VISA debit cards enabled for web transactions.

» Application processing time frame

It takes between four (4) to fourteen (14) working days from the data of filling the transcript form to dispatching.

» Incorrect data submitted

Call the contact center or use other available medium at your disposal and rectify immediately.
